One-day seminar: "Copyright and trademarks: modern mechanisms of protection and protection of rights"

Kazpatent branch invites you to participate in a one-day training seminar on the issues of legal protection of copyright and trademarks in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The seminar will address the following issues:

• the concept of copyright and related rights;

• Judicial practice on violations of copyright and related rights;

• Application of collective rights management mechanisms in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• functions of a Single digital platform;

• features of trademark registration under the Madrid system;

• Current practice of trademark rights protection.

Target audience: government officials, entrepreneurs, lawyers, patent attorneys, representatives of businesses, universities and scientific organizations, as well as all interested persons who wish to gain practical knowledge in the field of legal protection of intellectual property objects.
