Errors of a technical nature that do not change the ownership, nature or content of the information entered may be corrected in the Register within one business day from the date of receipt of the applicant's application.
At the same time, amendments to the Register in connection with the correction of technical errors are carried out within one business day following the day the expert organization receives an application to amend the information in the Register or a court decision has entered into legal force.
The cancellation of information from the Register is carried out upon application for the cancellation of information from the Register in the form in accordance with Appendix 4 to the Rules, as well as on the basis of a court decision that has entered into force on the cancellation of a certificate.
The cancellation of information from the Register on the basis of a court decision that has entered into legal force is made within one business day following the day the court decision is received by the expert organization.
